The days are getting longer. The weather’s getting warmer. Nature has stirred from her winter torpor and flyfishers are beginning to feel a familiar urge… It’s Mayfly time! Now is the time to get out on the water.
Although the weather conditions look to be a little on the cool side and unsettled the river is in good condition and we’re hopeful of a good mayfly hatch. Lets hope that we don’t have a repeat of last Summer’s torrential rain.
